Typically indicates a Datapath problem. Make sure the "Datapath" statement in the PAWxx.ini file in C:\Windows corresponds with the actual path to the company’s files from the user’s ‘puter.

Not much as a first step. "Cannot open the file…" means either "I can’t find the file to open it." or "the file’s bad and I can’t open it." My experience is that 95% of the time it’s the former, particularly on a network setup, and particularly if mappings to the PT data (the "Datapath") vary from WS to WS.
